The DS.Emotion London studio is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its growing
team. Aplicants should be educated to degree level and have experience in the place marketing
sector.

Account Manager Overview
Account Managers aim to add value to their client relationships at all times. They are responsible for
managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns, ensuring that work is quoted for accurately,
strategically correct, on brief, on time and on budget.

Brief internal departments and ensure work is delivered on brief, on time and on budget
Are responsible for managing costs and billing clients – ensuring accounts deliver a profit to the
agency

Coordinate work commissioned by the client, ensuring that all parties, internal and external, know
exactly what is required and what is happening at all stages in the project
Work closely with the client to understand their business objectives and develop appropriate
solutions to meet them Seek ways to generate new business from within existing client accounts

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and manage the day-to-day contact with clients in relation to existing and new business
    development
  • Deliver excellent project management from brief to delivery
  • Develop strong working relationships with clients, building trust and reassurance of delivery
  • Work with and deliver on the requirements and requests of your line manager – In this case
    Managing Director
  • Explore and instigate ways to create new revenue streams across existing clients and drive
    referrals which may lead to new business
  • Responsible for managing, recording and reporting financial information incorporating a
    benchmark profitability percentage set out by the company
  • Responsible for managing, recording and reporting WIP status data – ensuring that it is always a
    true, up-to-date representation
  • Developing, managing and meeting client budgets
  • Present creative work to internal and when required to external audiences
  • Plan photography and film shoots
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate Briefcase (accounting system) entries including quotations
    job management and time scheduling
  • Assist with social media output
  • Develop working relationship across the group – Leeds, Manchester, London
  • Reports to Managing Director
