Ds.Emotion Wins Top Marketing Award For The Albert Estate, Manchester

We are delighted to be awarded top prize at the Property Marketing Awards this week fighting off tough competition to win Best Marketing Campaign – Regional Offices. DS.E were also nominated in the same category for an award for its work for a new office redevelopment at Concordia Works in Leeds.

The marketing rebranding and marketing of Albert Square in the heart of Manchester city centre, has won a top accolade at the prestigious Property Marketing Awards (PMA) 2017.

We received the ‘Best Marketing Campaign – Regional Offices’ award in recognition of our work with LJ Partnership which bought four buildings around the Albert Square site to redevelop into a thriving 100,000 sq ft business destination. The property investor wanted to market the four historic buildings as one destination and a new home for dynamic businesses in Manchester.

Supported by leading industry magazine Estates Gazette, the long-standing Property Marketing Awards are organised by the Worshipful Company of Chartered Surveyors and raises funds for the Livery Company’s Charitable Trust. The Awards celebrate the best and most effective marketing campaign’s in the UK and are judged by marketing professionals at the top of their field and are designed to encourage excellence.

The judges said that The Albert Estate campaign “Connected with the client and the end user superbly”.

We were also shortlisted for our work on Boultbee Brooks’ new office redevelopment at Concordia Works in Leeds – but sadly they couldn’t both win!
