Civica approached DS.Emotion in November 2014 for a 3 way pitch to create a fresh feel for their brand. In early 2015 we were appointed as brand development agency with a continuing role as brand guardians providing integrated services.
Civica’s vision is to help organisations transform their services, achieving better outcomes through more connected and efficient ways of working enabled by the use of digital technology and automation.
They aim is to be the leading IT-based services partner in their chosen markets, putting ideas into action alongside their customers through a unique combination of people, technology and business process expertise.
DS.Emotion first spent time with the core marketing team to understand their ambitions after the feedback on the pitch. A comprehensive new brand guideline was then created and shared with the marketing team for feedback and inclusions.
Following this, the work began with projects ranging from e-marketing campaigns, video animations, presentations and limited edition printed materials. DS.Emotion also developed a new presentation system via interactive PDF’s that can incorporate multimedia content in order to provide maximum flexibility.
One year on and DS.Emotion are continuing to evolve the brand under the current guideline. We have received positive feedback on many of the materials we have produced, from corporate reports to office interior projects. We are now developing video for both internal and external markets using our in-house animation team.
DS.Emotion have developed strong working processes and relationships with Civica’s large internal marketing team to ensure the most effective outcomes on a daily basis.
