Property Marketing Award for Bury Work
June 2010
Last night, we won another marketing award for our work on behalf of Team Bury at the RICS and Estate Gazette's annual Property Marketing Awards in London .
We collected the best 'Public Sector & Regeneration' campaign and received high praise from the judges who felt our entry was such a clear winner that they didn't feel it necessary to short list any of the other entries. Click here to see the work.
We were short listed in two other categories in a revised format that limited the short lists to the top three entries. Our other projects were for best residential campaign for Arundel Square on behalf of Londonewcastle and United House (click to see the work) and best office campaign for Thorpe Park Leeds on behalf of Valad (click to see the work).
On top of all that we received a special commendation from the panel of experienced judges from across the property industry for the consistently high quality of our entries.

Already home to an award winning market, Bury town centre will see two major developments completed in the coming months, both the £80m Askbury mixed-use Knowsley Place scheme and The Rock, a 1.6m sq ft retail, leisure and residential scheme including 400 apartments, with anchor tenants Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, and a 10-screen cinema.
