Advertising Pays for Arundel Square

November 2009

A recent campaign designed and executed by the London office with client Londonewcastle, EG Media and our digital friends Mohu has delivered nearly £3million worth of sales.

The campaign comprised national press advertising in targeted titles, a poster campaign at selected underground stations and targeted emailers.

Rohan Ames, marketing manager at Londonewcastle commented: "Nice to be able to see some return on investment."

DSE launches Arundel Square in London

September 2009

We are pleased to announce that the launch of the new exclusive residential development in Islington resulted in reservations and offers on a number of apartments within hours of the opening.

We have been working closely with Londonewcastle's marketing team on a multi-channel campaign to deliver sales at this unique development. And unique developments require unique solutions - to stand out from the crowd we conceived a clean, uncluttered look and feel and a factual approach to the tone and content of the copy - achieved through one on one interviews with the specialists responsible for delivering the project - architect, landscape architect, contractor and interior designer.

Looks like the hard work is paying off...

Sophie Grigson stars at Eden's Food Festival

August 2009

The London office, along with the rest of the Eden marketing team have just delivered the centre's first Food Festival - starring celebrity chef and food writer Sophie Grigson and local restauranteur and winner of BBC2's 'The Restaurant' Russell Clement.

Nearly 50,000 visitors attended the event held throughout Eden to raise awareness of the centre's great dining and shopping offer.

Response from retailers has been great and anecdotal evidence on the day suggests we succeeded in attracting a greater percentage of ABC1 customers from the catchment area - a key objective for us and the centre in 2009/2010.
